I started building software professionally when Java 5 was new. Two decades later, I’m still the person who gets excited about a new framework, architecture or completely different way of building software.
I’ve spent most of my career in enterprise systems. The work I enjoy most is taking a vague idea, figuring out how it could actually work, and getting it all the way into production.
When I’m not doing that, there’s a good chance I’m spending time with my amazing wife & daughter, playing video games, making a cuppa, or finding an unnecessary excuse to eat chocolate.
